Dkfm. Erhard Bollenberger founds his single-person business with only three clients.
Margit Bollenberger founds her single-person business a day after her appointment as tax consultant.
The business is moved into the new headquarters in Wiener Neustadt, Nikolaus August Otto-Straße 20.
Life and business partners Erhard and Margit Bollenberger start their joint company.
Ursula Kilzer joins as a partner.
Martin Riegler joins as a partner.
The AREA Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfung- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, together with founding partners Gerald Haubeneder and Patrick Volkert, joins forces with the Bollenberger & Bollenberger Group. Ever since, the group has been operating as “AREA Bollenberger”. At the same time, Martin Schereda joins as partner.
Margit Bollenberger enters her well-deserved retirement. Beate Prigl’s team of experts strengthens the Vienna office.
Martin Bonner joins the AREA Bollenberger group as partner. With him, the range of services is expanded to include the specialist area of transfer pricing.
The AREA Bollenberger Group takes over Kanzlei Steinberger in Leonding (Upper Austria). The location has been managed by the new partner Anton Gral since. Additionally, the AREA Bollenberger Group takes over Johannes Schmidtbauer’s auditing client roster.
Harald Glocknitzer and his team join the AREA Bollenberger Group at their Vienna location.
